Course Curriculum

The curriculum is designed to reflect a balance between theoretical and practical tuition, providing the student with the stimulation of a broad spectrum of prescribing methods. To this aim, all our teaching staff are selected not only for their transparent competence, established and well respected Homeopathic practices, but also to ensure that they individually complement the teaching team by widening the range of methods employed.

Learning aims and assessment criteria are selected to ensure that all learning outcomes are met. The use of a wide range of teaching, learning and assessment methodologies will continue to be encouraged.

The College places an emphasis on the creation of an academic environment in which students are encouraged to take an active part in the learning process. This includes student centred methodologies which require students to work together effectively - to problem solve, case evaluate, devise their own projects and to make full use of the learning materials.

The Curriculum consists of four main components:

The College has a strong commitment to curriculum development and whilst these fundamental elements will remain constant each year the curriculum is subject to change in order to meet the advances of educational standards.
