Year 1

Study Skills & Practitioner Development
Introduces the study skills necessary for homeopathic training, alongside communication and computer skills, report writing and practitioner development. Students are also introduced to case taking, case analysis and Classical prescribing.

Homeopathic Philosophy
This looks at homeopathic philosophy and history, alongside key principles to include the Law of Similars, Direction of Cure, Vital Force, Potency, Suppression and Aggravation. This section of the course also introduces the repertory to students.

Materia Medica 1
Materia Medica in Year One covers a wide range of remedies and also looks at how remedies are made and homeopathic pharmacy. Students also study the use of acute remedies and begin to develop an understanding of Miasm.

Medical Sciences 1
The Medical Sciences studied in Year One provides a foundation level of tuition to include the introduction to medical terminology; bones and structure; digestion; respiration; the nervous system and circulatory system.

Practical Clinical Development continues alongside advanced case work, with Self Reflection, Critical Analysis and Clinical Education.

Research Methods
Students are introduced to research and gain an understanding of critical reading, qualitative and quantitive research, audit and evaluation as well as looking at the ethical issues which arise in research.

Materia Medica 3
Materia Medica in Year Three develops the ability to compare and contrast Materia Medica with a greater in depth understanding and a wider range of homeopathic methodology in case analysis.

Clinical Development
Students develop Clinical Training, with case taking, case analysis and observation skills benefitting from participation in the Student Clinical Environment. Self reflective practice, methodology and differentiation are also studied further.

Medical Sciences 3 & 4
The Medical Sciences section of Year Three addresses specialist areas, such as childhood diseases, lymphatic disease, addiction and the implications of surgery. This continues throughout the third and fourth years.

Practical Clinical Development continues alongside advanced case work, with Self Reflection, Critical Analysis and Clinical Education.

Research Methods
